Checks & A/R Collection Solutions is locally owned and operated. The President/Owner Debbie Shotwell has over 18 years of experience working with our community. We know how to  collect your money, while treating your customers and clients with respect. Our collection practices are always professional. Why pay your employees to do your check collections?

We will provide you excellent service at little to no cost to you! We handle all check and account receivable collections. Check collections are done at no cost to you. Whether you're a Convenience Store, Grocery Store, a Medical Clinic or anything in between, we can help you get the money that is due to you.

Our skip tracing department works to find those who have relocated, as well as any other information that will be helpful in the collection process. We also work with the Credit Bureau to report any unpaid debt to the debtors credit record. The goal of CARCS  is to work with the debtor and allow him/her the opportunity to correct the error, so it will not effect their credit history.  We use  EFT (electronic funds transfer) to help with the convenience of getting the item paid.. Unfortunately there are times that the check writer does not take care of their responsibilities, at this point we will help you get all documents needed to get the Prosecutor's Office involved.  There are no contracts to sign . We are confident you will be pleased with our services!
